Hours

Our hours are Monday through Friday 6:30 - 15:00. Central European. You may visit our warehouse/showroom by appointment only -- minimum warehouse purchase applies. Call for details.

Ordering

We prefer that you place your order via the website, as internet orders are given priority status and will be filled much more quickly than orders placed by phone, fax, or email. Additionally, orders may be mailed -- a great option when you require specific items based on enclosed samples. When you place an online order, you will receive a confirmation email once the order is received and then another confirmation when the order is shipped. Please note the minimum order is Eur 250,00, regardless of order method. Orders that are less than Eur 250,00 will not be accepted.

Back Orders

The web site stock is updated every day. Inventory is very difficult to constantly monitor, therefore, the stock is 95% accurate. When an item is out of stock, we do not back order it. Usually, out of stock items are restocked within a month with the exception of closeout items, however; this is not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping will be based on the actual carrier charge. The shipping method is selected at the time of order and the cost for shipping will be added to the order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We have partnered with UPS to provide you with a reliable and efficient way to receive your goods.

Checks

Checks are not accepted. Please pay by bank draft. In the future we will add a credit card payment option.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns for exchange on all damaged items or mis-shipments. A copy of the original invoice must be accompanied with your return. For all other returns, please call for authorization and instructions. Returned items will be exchanged for store credit and are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Items must be received in original condition (ie. still in original packaging, etc).
